Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Techno Light ERP Mirror, an internal business utility operated by Techno Light Store. The application supports catalogue synchronization and automated Excel catalogue exports and backups.

2. Google Drive access and data categories

When an authorized Techno Light Google account grants access, the application uses Google Drive only to create, update, and retain the configured catalogue export and backup files and to locate or manage those configured files and folders.

The Google Drive authorization can technically permit access to Drive resources. In normal operation, Techno Light ERP Mirror limits its use to the configured catalogue-export folders and files. Data accessed for that workflow can include file and folder names, identifiers, metadata, and the content of the catalogue export and backup files created or managed by the application.

The application is not designed to browse, analyze, or use unrelated personal Google Drive files except where technically required to identify or manage the specific Techno Light export resources configured for this workflow.

3. How Google user data is used

Google authorization is used solely for Techno Light's internal catalogue-export and backup workflow. Google user data is not sold, not rented, not used for advertising, and not shared with unrelated third parties.

4. Google API Limited Use

Techno Light ERP Mirror's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained through the integration is used only to provide the internal catalogue export and backup functionality described on this site.

5. OAuth credentials and security

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens required for unattended automation are stored on Techno Light's secured ERP server. Access to the server and automation configuration is restricted to authorized Techno Light operations personnel.

6. Data retained

The application primarily retains generated catalogue export files, dated backup files, synchronization state required to manage those files, and the authorization credentials necessary for the approved automated workflow.

7. Retention

Catalogue backups are retained for Techno Light's operational continuity and historical recovery requirements. Authorization credentials are retained only while the integration remains active or until authorization is revoked.

8. Revoking access

The authorized Google account holder may revoke the application's access at any time from the Google Account security and third-party access settings. Revocation prevents future Google Drive operations until authorization is granted again.
